We have been having a great time exploring new areas around Alaska and taking scenic drives. This was our latest adventure along the Old Seward Highway...It was hard to keep our eyes on the road!
So gorgeous! I've driven down that stretch of highway several times on our way down to Girdwood. Sooo pretty!!! Alaska really is as majestic as they say it is. Wait till the summer comes, you'll be smitten!
p.s. Good luck with your flights to Utah in May. We've done that flight with Teya when she was a baby and it's a long one! portable DVD players help a ton! : )
So I saw these pictures and told Sean that we are moving to Alaska when I am done with school... then today the high was 50 and I was FREEZING, so I changed my mind. :)
Josh, you're in Alaska?! That's awesome. You'll have to take me fishing if I'm lucky enough to make it up there. Congrats on the job. (And stellar performance with your March Madness picks!)
About a week or so ago I had a dream that I came to visit you guys. But it was warm. You told me there was a man in your ward who could predict the gender of babies with 100% accuracy so we should go see him. You took us to him. he wore overalls and had big ears. His dogs also wore overalls and rubbery masks of former presidents. He told me I was having triplets: 2 girls and a boy. I was happy because I finally felt validated at how big I have gotten so quickly. When I woke up and realized I was only having one baby, my first thought was: now what is my excuse of being so fat? Well, I guess it is good that babies usually come one at a time. . .hope you are having fun up there in Alaska.
